Tildarg Fishery is renowned for its hard-fighting fish and it’s 17-acre lake set in the hills just north of Ballyclare, County Antrim, Northern Ireland.  The fishery utilises a man-made dam that used to power one of the six mills which used to be a major feature of this valley renowned for its historic of use of water-power

Stocked with 3lb – 7lb Rainbow Trout it provides excellent boat and shore fishing with easy access. Facilities include a purpose built fishery lodge including a shop, angler’s rest room with log fire. There is an attached kitchen and toilets including ladies, gents and disabled. Flies, tackle, confectionery and cold drinks are available. The fishery is disabled-friendly. The lodge is easily accessible for wheelchair users and there is disabled parking in close proximity to boats for easy access. Tildarg is equipped with a fleet of 11 Mag Marine boats ranging from 12′ to 17′ in size with 2 of the fleet being boats specially designed for wheelchair users and are free of charge for any disabled angler.
